The EVVA Trinity Principle - The EVVA advisory concept is based upon the EVVA trinity principle, which takes into account the conflicting priorities of organisation, comfort and security within a building. The result of this-lock-related building planning is a locking and safety solution optimised in accordance with business considerations.

MCS (Magnetic Code System) guarantees dual security by using magnetic and mechanical coding. The magnets are not affected by the magnetic fields present in everyday life. The permanent magnets are long-life and are resistant to re-magnetisation and de-magnetisation from the usual sources – they are practically indestructible. There are 8 rotating magnet rotors in the cylindrical core, and the key's 4 magnet pills are arranged onto them. By using the right key the magnet rotors are brought into a locking position.
The MCS key is also curved on both sides to assist mechanical coding.

Technology - 3KS (3 Curve System) works with a unique and patented system that requires no springs. Unlike conventional locking systems, in the 3KS cylinder the locking elements move along the curves on the key and are not pushed against a spring force.
During the locking action, the 3KS key is scanned a total of 4 times – this is three times more than with other systems. The springless locking pin function guarantees utmost wear resistance and protection against picking. This technology means that there are reams of variations for cylinder master key systems.

Technology - DUAL (Double Code System) is a reversible key system with coding that works thanks to two separate features: a locking pin system and a lengthways profile. During the locking action the position of 12 spring-mounted locking pins is scanned by 2 locking sliders.

How does the e-primo differ from the locking cylinder in your house or apartment door?
In a small, yet fundamental way. There is now a thumb turn where youused to insert your key. The electronics in the e-primo cylinderregulate who is allowed to come in and who is not. When you hold theuser key against the thumb turn and you are authorized, the door can bereleased or locked.
